Almost everything written about CBD is about what it supposedly does.

This site is about what’s in the bottle.

Full spectrum, broad spectrum, isolate. Hemp seed oil, hemp extract, cannabidiol. Certificate of analysis, batch number, total cannabinoids. These words appear on labels constantly, several of them mean genuinely different things, and at least one pair is routinely used interchangeably by sellers when it shouldn’t be.

We explain the terminology, how to read a lab report, why a product can be legal where you bought it and a problem at work, and what a badly labelled product looks like. We do not tell you what CBD does, whether it works, or how much to take — that’s a conversation for a doctor or pharmacist, and we’d be the wrong source for it.
